Circle inspector visits my farm

There was a surprise visit from a circle inspector to my farm on the pretext of checking some details. He made small talk for a while and then slowly explained to me that he was planning to paint the police station and that i would need to contribute towards it. His expressions made it very clear that it wasnt exactly a request that i could refuse. I paid him 3000 rupees. To this day the police station has not been painted!!
