Clerk wants Money to Process Pension

Here at Gandhigram, Dindigul, we have Thambithottam Higher Secondary School run by Gandhigram Trust. The trust is almost clear of corruption charges. But the school (government aided) is corrupt due to few of the clerks. One of the clerk in the school openly asks for bribe(5 to 10% of amount) whenever a teacher or other staff applies for PF, arrears or pension. If asked why, he used to say the people in DEO office and treasury ask for it. Sometime back, we contacted the DEO office and treasury directly to find that the bribe they ask is far below what this person is getting. He also treats elderly people (retired teachers, parents etc) with no respect. Kindly make a not of it.
