Corrupt collector office

I compalined to DM that the patwari was not doing the namantran of a land which i purchased and did the registry. To my surprise the entire collectors office defended the patwari saying negotiate a price with him and get your work done. Atlast i had to give in and pay 1 lac bribe and waste 1 whole year in the process.
