Corrupt Customs Officers at IGi Airport Delhi

We can import goods worth 25K and pay duty for excess imports. We got a Sony TV worth 29K with proper receipts from overseas expecting to pay duty on 4K at 12% rate. The corrupt customs officers at IGI T3 Delhi asked for Rs 1500 as bribe per treveler with no receipt given. They said that they will evaluate our TV at Rs 56K and apply duty on that if we dont agree to pay 1.5K each. We were 25 persons so we had to pay 1.5K X 25 to these corrupt officers. Other colleagues who traveled to Bangalore had to pay only 1K as proper duty with proper receipts given. In Delhi we paid 1.5K each and no receipts were given to us. Delhi rules in CORRUPTION !!
