CORUPTED VRO DATE OF BIRTH

Iam from rentalalla village, sattenapally mandal, guntur district, andhrapradesh. sir 8months ago i was tried for urgent passport. to apply passport i need to submit my date of birth certificate as per my age. sothat i contacted my village VRA. i asked to make my work as soon as possible. then the VRA demanded me to give him 5000. he told then he will make my work with in 15days. as i have urgent for passport. iam not having other option. i gave him 5000 on april 2016. i waited for 1month and iam asking him for my dob certificate. he started playing with me. whenever i call him he saying i will give tomorrow ur certificate. today mro leave. today i have other duty. like tbis reasons he is saying since april and now this is november 2016. 8months he spend for that certificate. i lost my money and my time and my job opertunuty. iam helpless sir. please somebody help me for my problem. recently i heard somany students from my village lost money by trusting him for their certificates. he is fully corrupted and careless govt employ. i have detailed call record of that persons promise and detailed of my problem. please sir show me some solution. and take action on this corrupted careless VRO. HIS NAME RAVI.
