In other countries police help you and makes sure that you understand a rule and they are polite and you pay the fine you get the bill simple. But here when I ask about such rule he just keeps yelling I will not take fine I will seize your vehicle you will have to go to court and pay 1000 rupees fine . Here you pay 100 rupees or go to court. I paid an asked the bill he says for emission there is no such bill . I went home and I realized that without any bill it will go directly into his pocket , he actually fooled me into bribing .
