When i have filled in all the details for getting the driving license attached with the supportive documents as asked, the document checker asked me 100/- more. I thought its a processing fees, but when i asked for the receipt, he said nothing, and said, you will receive your DL at your corresponding address. Then I just got his point of taking that 100/- more from me, it was a bribe.
