While obtaining explosive approval for the fuel requirements in the business. One has to pay various types of bribes at various levels. It starts at 100/- to the peon just to know when the official comes to the office, to 2000/- to the official. To move the file from one table to the other it requires "weight" on the file. The process is made such that each employee gets a share in the whole approval process.
