Unknown person scratched hard on my car, parked outside house. Incident happened overnight with no chance to catch someone. Service station demanded FIR for claiming insurance hence visited police station. Officer examined car and happily asked for mileage and mentioned " What I will get for giving FIR" and demanded 1000/-. I paid bribe as to reduce hassle and avoid further damage to car and claim insurance. Officer immediately issued FIR copy.
