To fix landline problem

I had to pay bribe for the repair man to fix the landline problem. He came first time and said ya there is a problem but i didnt get any tools to fix it. will come tomorrow. I told my parents and they said he needs money. The next day he comes again with three people and says I got everything but one tool is missing. Only after I gave him money he fixed the problem.
