Fssai do mr. veenit kumar demanding 1 lac for fssai license in noida

I am righting this mail is regarding fssai licensing, though licensing is now a day online process but still lot of problem creating local concern authority (fssai noida especially DO, mr veenit kumar) he is demanding rs 100000, (one lac) against new license. matter is worsen when he reject file and give reason file has not been submitted, though we have submitted file 2 and half month before, sir, please try to look into matter and resolve the matter. thanks
