After a long struggle I got my TIN registered to pay VAT & CST and to import some goods in West Bengal.
The Jt commisioner of the dept was so helpful,
finally when I approached the clerical staff to get the permit they simply asked me to pay the sum. yahan toh dena padta hai, I asked them an invoice innocently..
Woh bole "Dada naya aaya hai kya"
It was full official,in front of everyone in the office... I feel they all get pieces of bones.... These bloody dogs....
