I was driving my car from Delhi to Noida via mayur vihar with computer set to deliver to my client, police personnel stopped me at delhi noida border and told that you can't carry goods in your car and also threaten me that your car and goods will be seized. When i told them that i have all the documents of PO and bill and road permit then on what ground you are saying that, then they litteraly threaten me that don't argue and pay rs. 5000/- otherwise (abhi do char case laga doonga to 2 sal ke liye gadi band ho jayegi) and at last i have to pay rs. 2000/-. And I don't know the name & designation of the police personnel. And i couldnot find the answer that whether i can carry my goods in my car or not.
