While on my way to Pune,I did not have a valid No Pollution certificate,the Policeman demanded Rs 900,I had only Rs 500 on me ,so I was forced to part with the amount as I had to rush to Pune urgenlty and more over my family was also with me,I did not like to waste time and haggle with the unruly police.
