Had to bribe to get liesence for construction of my house.

• Building Completion Certificate
• Paid INR 2,500

I paid Rs.2500/= to a clerk @ Shimoga muncipality to get my liesence to construction of my house even though all the records were clear and upto date. Initally I did not pay any bribe, but the clerk sent back the file after one month giving some silly reasons. Once I paid the money the liesence was issued in one day itself.
