Had to wait for reinstallation of meter

My house was vacant. I was not aware of my bill being generated. Till 8 months minimum amount was charged and later meter was disconnected and taken by meter reading person. Cleared all the pending bills till date, talked to few officers in soladevanahally and peenya offices. No officers was ready to give me proper answers. Had gone with bills paid till date. Went to office for nearly 6 months. Now I had to pay bribe for reinstallation of my meter which I had owned earlier.
Officers talked to : Nandisha, Mrithujnaya of soladevadenahally, venkatesh from peenya branch.
Meter reader : ramachandra(who inisited for bribe)
