Height of begging bribe

I was at sales tax office to register my company, for that i paid rs 500 to main sales tax inspector, than rs 200 and rs100 to other staff to forward my file ahead, a person also left for bribe but at that time i have no money but only rs 10 in my purse. The work of these 3 persons can be completed by only 1 person but all are bloody suckers. when i feel that my work is nearly over then i tried to escape silently but i was shocked he followed me up to main exit gate and caught me and ask for bribe with a right( aisa lag raha thaa jaise riswat maangna uska janmsiddha adhikaar hai..), and i was also feeling as i have taken a loan from him for my sister marrige.. i showed him my purse and requested to leave me, there was only 10rs note in the purse but that beggar also snatched it.
