In spite all documents being clear and approved by BBMP, BDA and loan sanctioned by LIC housing finance Ltd. The Registrar forced me to bribe a sum of Rs 20,000 otherwise he was not ready to register the property at all.

Finally without any option left out and loan already sanctioned from the bank, I had to pay Rs 20,000 all in Cash for property registration.
