We were in delhi for a official work from kanpur.we were in our car and did not know the way to BADARPUR BORDER thats why we were are travelling round and round.we were after a indica.it crossed a 'chauraha'so we did.police stopped both of us but cops let that indica go and examined me.my papers was complete but cop said to chalan as we were in a one way traffic road.we argued that we r new for here and did not know the roads properly but he was not ready to understand.CHALLAN in delhi create more problem thata why i had to pay 500.
