I have lost my wallet along with RC Book, Licence and Pan Card

I was going to a police station for first time in my life and the police man was friendly and offered me a tea.. After filing FIR he asked me to come inside and asked for 600 bucks as he gave me 5 copies of attested FIR copy ( he told me that if you go to notory, they will charge more).. Atlast he settled for Rs 300..
