I paid the bribe of 250 rs to one of the clerk in lucknow municapality for my birth certificate i asked him to give me the receipt but he refused i checked other offices as well for the same reason all were asking even more money than this so i had to pay the money which was lowest 250 rs for getting my birth certificate.
