Hi,
I was a student of ********** affiliated engg college and was passed out in 2007. i had been applied for OD(Original Degree) at university, but i did not get it. again i applied in tatkal schema and i need it on the same day because i had to travel. They have taken this as chance and bribed me for 300 to get it in couple hours. Because of time constraint i paid it.
