I paid bribe to get my site registered which I got from KHB

• Urban Development Authorities
• Registration of House
• Paid INR 10,000

Hi,
I got a site from Karnataka Housing Board (KHB)thru lottery.
I paid the required installment & I wanted to get this site registered. For that I wanted sale deed from KHB office.
They told that it takes around 2 months as we have to give application to them, after 1 month they will call us for this.
Since I am going to foriegn country for long term in 15 days I couldn't wait for 2 months.So I was forced to pay Rs.10000 to get the sale deeds from KHB .
