I paid bribe to police for police verivication for Passport in Holimau, Bangalore

Thanks to Indian passport process which is now hassle free and there is no bribe and no entry for agent in Bangalore. But the bribe for passport police verification is still as it is , I have applied for passport 10 years before that time I paid bribe in passport office as well as in police station in Orissa, Cuttack. But this time I paid in Police station and they asked me as fee without receipt.
