I was driving a car with registration number of Delhi in Pune. Police wala asked me about the NOC from Pune RTO, I negotiated and bribed him Rs. 900.
I work in IT sector and company keeps transferring me to different cities.
Does the government expect me to keep paying road tax of all states, which is around 30k?
Since this is not possible for me, hence I keep driving my Delhi car anywhere I go, just bribe the police wala with 500 to 1000 bucks everytime I get caught. This is much cheaper than paying rupees 30,000.
