Today 27th of July 2013, I , Jait Jacob ,had to go to the taluk hospital in Pampady, Kottayam for a
Fitness certificate required for admission to higher studies. I was charged Rupees 100 for the Fitness Certificate telling me it was the doctor's fee. I am not aware any fee like this.
