For issuing Death certificate the cost is 400!!

• Paid INR 400

Today is a bad day to me that i paid money of Rs400 for getting death certificate of my grand father.What a shame that the panchayit eo directly asked money for issuing.I tried to convince him but he told me that issuing of this cetificate a great risk so you should pay.
I am sorry to say that "I paid that amount"
