The officer who took the bribe was Munnabhai and involved with him was Ravibhai. He mentioned that he had to pay all the officers money so he wouldn't have much left and he indicated that he was doing me a favour. I refused at first but to get the license I had to go through him and he demanded the money. While I was waiting, I saw that both these officers took bribe from numerous other customers to get their work done. I tried to lodge a complaint on CVC website but it didn't go through. Most of the officers working there are a disgrace to the community and I hope one day they have to pay for their crimes.
