Its everywhere nothing without illicit payment
Anyone who has any dealings with the Government departments in TN are saying that bribes in TN have gone up ten fold .Officers openly name he sums they have paid for a posting and are not afraid to demand the money for jobs to be done. elsewhere, the talk is even after paying the speed money , the work is not done. Builders say they never have experienced such a situation .
i do not know whether this is done with the blessings of the powers that be or whether it shows he powerlessness of the powers that be. in any case, if things go on like this, the fate of this government and that of the congress will be the same in 2015.That means the DMK will be an even bigger kind maker at the centre than in the last lok sabha. I hope things will change
