I paid a bribe of Rs. 800 for my mother inlaws police varification for passport enquiry at local police station in february. even today the report hasnt reached the passport office as its laying in SP office of siwan. i dont want to pay bribe at every table and wanted to file a RTI but afraid of police's misuse of power. is there any alternate way?
