In Warangal, the KUDA (Kakatiya Urban ********** Authority) follows a master plan developed in 1971. Even after 40 years, they do not come up with a new plan because with the current plan, they can squeeze lots of bribe.
I have a land, which is in perfect commercial locality. My land is surrounded with lots of commercial activity and complexes. But my land has is still in residential zone and needed to converte into commercial.
This conversion can happen only with special GO to be delivered by the State Government. Lots of time and effort was supposed to be invested to make it happen.
From an attender to the State Minister, I had to pay almost everybody in both district head quarters and state headquarters. I hired an agent(broker) to follow up with the process and application. It took almost 18 months time and 2 laks rupees bribe to complete the transaction :))))
