Despite submitting all documents per record and also following entire procedure, I was asked to pay Rs.300/- to the registrar herself. I thought it is fees but I got no receipt for it. When I asked around, I was told it is fee to get the document on same day. But should there be no receipt of it? And took money right in the office?
