MCD Looting new construction owners/builders

MCD Building department charges 60 to 120,000 for B1 letter depending on the plot size. After B1, they demand monthly payment of 20,000 during construction. Finally about 5,00,000 for issue of habitability letter. Some architects act as middleman. The owners/builders pay because the property prices in south Delhi have appreciated and they do not want to delay completion.
