Misused the mv act for getting bribe

On 2 july 2019 at belha chauraha pratapgarh i was forced to give bribe of 2000 for tripling on bike although i have all required documents and helmet by an SI named Rajendra Singh working in sadar thana pratapgarh by misusing mv act and for my fault i was asked to pay an amount of 5000 as fine and ceased my bike but atlast he took 2000 from me and torn the challan bill.
