I went to the rto ahmedabad; to get my driving licence. but there was a huge queue in front of the rto. so i talked to the gate-man for quick method. he took me to some officer and that officer offered me the queue jumping for 2000 INR. but after some bargaining he and i agreed for 1500 INR. he took me directly to the photo counter. and then directly inside the cabins. so i didn't need to wait in the line. and i paid him the money for my licence.
