My father-in-law approached the water department for getting a new connection for his house at housing-board and was asked to pay a bribe to get a connection and also learned from him that the pipe,water tube and other hardware expenses to be be on his head. One more interesting thing is he was been a government servant(EB) for 40 years and never accepted bribe
