We needed a marriage certificate after one year of our marriage.We took help of one guy, the clerk/assistant of the marriage officer performed all formalities and finally when getting the signature of the marriage officer, said"the marriage officer wont be signing without some money".
We asked how much,without any shame She said 1500/-
We had a flight back to Bangalore and needed the marriage certificate at any cost.We had to pay the same for the sake of getting the certificate.I dont have a proof of the same apart from me and my wife
