I had to submit a NO CRIMINAL RECORD CERTIFICATE. For that I contacted to the Department Head but they made me really tired by saying its not our duty, go to other department. I went there for the purpose on 10:00 in the morning and it was 3PM and still i was not able to get sign on the paper. After 5 hours I had to pay them Rs. 300 for the purpose and then I got what I needed. I still feel sorry for that incident.
