I went in to rajajinagar r.t.o, there was no one to instruct and they are least bothered to. all agents work there and they all have adjustments, a learners licence cost 30rs but the agent took 200 from me and is asking more for another 600. and is like i will get you driving licence even if you fail in the exam.
