Reason: Not having RC Book for Bike (Submitted to RTO for Change of Number Plate due to Transfer to New State)
Action by Police: Bhai 400 lagega. RC ka 500 fine hai. 400 de k nikal le. Most people pay 50 to escape police, but this was extortion at its best.

I had the required papers from RTO for the validity towards absence of RC book. But police ko jo karna hai wo toh karegi.
