OBC reservation certificate for job

- Paid INR 500
I paid a sum of Rs 500 to clerk in MRO office so as to get OBC reservation certificate as my father's income is more than specified. I did this to apply for a govt post with reservation. but later on i did not use it due to guilty feeling.
I strongly believe that the top Political leadership in the country itself is highly corrupted. Change is required in those to bring an end to this corruption cancer.
