Officer's Ask you to pay 250 Rs & They give 150 Rs reciept

• Stamps and Registration
• Marriage Certificate
• Paid INR 150

I have been to kalanangar Marriage Register.
That officer was not cooperting while doing the process of mine Merriage Certificate.

Finally he asked me 250 Rs for the certificate & gave me reciept of 150 only.. when asked .. why so .. The response was very clear .. Managta hain ki nahi ....
