Paid 1000 Rs as bribe for reconnection of my electricity

Hello I went to subdivision of XXXXX .Reason of reconnection was that i was out of my home for 2 months and we did not receive bill for the payment.Online also i was not able to pay my bill due to inactive status. I met one of the officer in that office .First he said you have to pay 10000 and as your service was disconnected temporarily ,you need new connection.After that i explained my situation then he said ok give me 1000rs and also pay 1250 rs for remaining bill.It will be all working. I know that person face but dont know his name. Address of the office is XXXXX.
