Paid 1000 at Yamuma Expressway Authority

Today I paid a bribe of Rs. 2000 at Yamuna Expressway Authority in Greater Noida to get my Agreement to Lease document signed by the manager. The rate was Rs. 3000/- but after waiting for 2 days and going to each and every employee including the GM finance (who did not listen to me), they finally agreed to do my work for 1000. I went to manager 'Basi Khan' who rudely asked me to go out when i told him everybody is asking for money and not doing my work. Haseeb Asgar, Shiv Kumar, Awasthi and other clerks were responsible for taking money.
