Paid 10000 Rs for land registration

• Stamps and Registration
• Marriage Registration
• Paid INR 20,000

For Land registration in Duggirala,Guntur Dist, they asked me 20000 Rs. and i cant do anything. otherwise they are creating so many problems. First of all, Registrar is not interested to talk to me and he is saying go and talk to Broker. I have complete documents, But still those junk people are asking money. They have some fixed prices ---> Land registration -20000 Rs, marriage etc 3000 Rs and all.
