Paid 10K for Steamer Agency License

• Customs, Excise and Service Tax
• Customs Check and Clearance
• Paid INR 10,000

For obtaining a Steamer Agency License had to pay 10K for my company, even while having all the required documents in order. It is fixed. Places like Vizag had asked 80K. I complained online and the officials returned the bribes taken. No action was taken against the errants as to my knowledge though.
