I qualified in NEET 2016 .I applied for "I Q CITY MEDICAL COLLEGE , DURGAPUR ".There I was told by some college agents that if I don't pay the bribe then I won't get an admission to the college whatever be my Rank and Score.As I have already wasted 2 years after passing my 10+2 (passed 10+2 in 2014) preparing for the joint entrance medical exam , my father didn't want me to waste another year preparing again for the joint entrance medical exam and get an admission to a Govt. Medical College . So my father did had to pay the bribe to get my admission done.
Name of officer - I don't know as the college took the bribe through an external agent.
