I paid a bribe to the rto official as i was a student from another state and they were not willing to accept my college address.I paid in KK nagar Rto through a broker on 21/12/2015.He had taken 1500 in the beginning and had written the wrong number of the vehicle and demanded 1200 extra to correct it quickly.
