PAID BIRBE WITH BURNING ANGER INSIDE ME

I paid a bribe of two hundred rupees at Alipiri Police Station in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh..
I was in need of Police Clearance Certificate for my personal reasons.. I followed all the procedures for it as i should do. After all the Procedures Completed except issuing me the certificate One Offical said "We to have some expenses." Saying this He was Operating his Samsung Galaxy. xxx Model... I am a graduate and i dont have any criminal case on me and in fact it was the first time to enter into a police station.. I tried to give him a Hundred Rupee note which he didn't accepted and asked two hundred rupees. I paid him... and left the police Station and next day i collected my certificate from meeseva online centres.. I hate corruption but paid the bribe painfully
