False fines were imposed against me when I have asked for my degree certificate twice!!
First time they took 1000 and told me that they will send my certificate by post. I waited...waited and waited, it never arrived. When I contacted them for the second time they imposed false charges against me for not submitting the i-card which I am damn sure I did and asked to pay another 1000 which I did few days back. Now waiting for my certificate again.
